The Johnston Family

God is GREAT! What else can I say. He is a true healer! You have all seen the pictures on here of Kendall's BFF, Jordan. Her parents Erin and Graham) and Brandon and I have become really good friends since we have had the girls. Graham has been on a lung transplant list for almost a year now. They have had a couple of leads, but in the end, it wasn't a match. Well they got the call yesterday afternoon and now Graham has 2 brand new lungs!!! He has a long road of recovery ahead of him, but with such a wonderful wife and daughter, I know he will have no problem. Erin started a blog to update everyone on the progress that he is making. Please take a minute to go read it, it is truely worth it! (I hope this works...I have never linked anything on here before. If not the website is http://grahamtransplant.blogspot.com )

I just ask that you pray for them and help ease the pain that he is having and that Erin keeps her head up and stays strong for him. And also that Jordan handles this transition smoothly. We love you guys!

HOT HOT DAY!

The high this weekend was 104 with the heat index of 110. Daddy went out of town, so Kendall, Nana and I headed to the Hurst waterpark to try and stay cool and have a little fun. Thanks Nana!

"Nastics"

He Survived!!!

Brandon survived Anatomy & Physiology I and II, and he got a shirt to prove it! ha It was very face paced, he did the 'mini-mesters" during the summer that are 4 weeks each. Just imagine, a whole semesters worth of work, packed in to 4 weeks. He got a B in both. I am very proud of him! Now it is on to the paramedic stuff!
