This family is truly amazing! They are hysterical, loving, caring, compassionate, Believers, and so much more! Erin, Graham and Jordan bring so much joy to everyone and they are a blast to be around. If you will remember 5 years ago, Graham had a double lung transplant due to cystic fibrosis. Kendall and Jordan were only 2 years old. I remember letting the girls make signs in our garage for when Graham got to come home after transplant. He made it through the toughest part...the first year post transplant and has had an incredible "new" life. He has gotten to hunt, play soccer, coach Jordan's soccer team and watch his daughter grow up. Fast forward five years...he isn't doing so well. It seems that the doctors found that what he is going through, is in fact, rejection. He is back in the hospital right now and waiting to see what the next step is. They deserve nothing but the best.
